GEMSYS Celebrates 25 years of Success & Excellence as one of Canada’s Top Suppliers in the Money Handling Industry.
OAKVILLE, Ontario (November 13, 2013) – Gemsys celebrated its 25th year in business on November 13, 2013 from 1 pm to 4 pm. Gemsys Money Handling Systems, Inc. was started by Jack Lord in 1988. In a speech given by Jack Lord, President and CEO of Gemsys the long term success of the company was attributed to employees, valued customers across the country and supply chain partners from around the world.

The milestone event was attended by past and present employees and many Gemsys customers and business associates. The Regional Chair, Gary Carr, Oakville Councilors, Kevin Flynn, Ralph Robinson and Alan Johnston along with the Mayor of Oakville Rob Burton and the Chair of the Oakville Chamber Ms. Orla Johnston also graced the event. Attendees were invited to take a walk down memory lane and revisit past technology as well as explore and experience the future that is WebSafe™.
