You may refer unlimited candidates, so long as each referral meets Gemsys eligibility requirements as a legal business entity in Canada or the United States of America

You must make any referral explicit via an email introduction in which both Gemsys and the referral candidate are copied. Additionally, you must complete the referral form found at Gemsysinc.com/referral.

A referred candidate must:

1. Be a legal business entity registered in Canada or the United States of America

2. Have had no record of requesting a demonstration or speaking with a Gemsys representative in the past 3 month’s;

3. Not have previously received a proposal from Gemsys or a Gemsys representative for the referred product or solution

If referred candidates meet the above requirements, they are eligible for this referral program. Referral’s will be credited to the referring party upon successfully onboarding and billing of the referred candidate.

In the event a candidate is referred more than once by different referring parties, the first referrer will receive credit for the referral, based upon the date and time of the referral being received by Gemsys. Referrals are not deemed to be valid where the candidate and referrer are one and the same individual or entity (person or company.

Gemsys will provide an electronic transfer EFT in Canada and ACH transfer in the United States of America a referral fee in the amount of $250 for each referred candidate who purchases the referred product/solution. Compensation will be paid for each confirmed credited referral based upon the Country of the referred candidates business location. A referring party can be credited with an unlimited number of referrals provided they satisfy all the requirements in Section 2:
