To create a solution for Team Reid to enhance productivity and ensure they are able to supply their guests with the best experience.
The management team is currently spending 3-4 hours a day off the floor counting tills instead of being able to run their shift effectively.
Cash skims from the till are not being performed effectively.
Cash is accumulating in the tills resulting in too much time spent handling cash and counting cash at the end of each shift.
Management and other team members are physically taking the cash deposits to the bank daily.
We installed the WebSafe™ solution consisting of 3 CCi's and a cash scale.
The CCi's were placed in the managers station, drive thru and front POS area, making them accessible to staff at all time.

The process of counting the cash tills now takes on average 10-15 minutes to complete whereas previously it had taken around 2 hours. We installed WebSafe™ in all of our locations.
